The School Kit Drive was initiated when our volunteers began noticing that government school children were dropping out of school due to the lack of basic writing materials. While government help existed, it proved insufficient to retain all the students.We resolved that a lack of access to basic educational materials should never prevent any child from accessing quality education. That was when the core idea for School Kit Drive was born.

Volunteers at YFS find unparalleled happiness in participating in the school kit drive. There's a profound joy in assembling notebooks and stationery items into a pristine bag, destined for the hands of eager children.
